Kelly Services is a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Troy, Michigan. In real life, they offer staffing solutions that include temporary staffing services, outsourcing, vendor on site and full time placement. On April 21, 2007, Kelly Services launched its virtual island, Kelly Services Island, in Second Life. This Island provides in-world residents with an on-line virtual experience where users’ avatars have the ability to participate in a range of job-scenario activities.
